@TabooGal
Well done, girl - tears are allowed - matter of fact - pretty well mandatory, I reckon! It is all about 'letting it out'!! Holding it 'in' doesn't help you at all!!
Keep doing as much as you can (within limits!!) You'll know when to back off!
Be prepared for silly things to cause you grief .... I dropped my bundle a few times over various things ..... but that is OK! There are often small bumps on the road we have to take!
hahah - talking about roads - I've just remembered - I was grabbing my boob for 4-6 weeks after surgery every time I was in the car & saw a bumpy bit ahead ...... I grew to know where all the bumpy bits were on Forster roads & was then 'pre-grabbing' the boob! LOL
Take care & I hope your recovery continues to go well. My surgeon put me onto Kelocote for scar reduction - it has worked brilliantly on me!!
Hope you are having a great weekend!!
(My brother actually suggested I take a series of pics of my boob, before & after surgery ...... I need to do some more recent ones now too!!)
