Been a bit slack on here lately. My me time is greatly reduced at the moment. My psychologist has been great. She lets me ramble on about anything and everything. I come away from each session a lot lighter
She does give me advice. But I think she knows I just need to unload to someone. I don’t really have anyone left in my life that I can do that with in person.
Sometimes I will get on here and start to unload then delete it all.
I was Hoping 2026 would come with better times can’t see much beyond March before thing ease up health wise.
if my minor surgery goes ahead on the 5th February I’ll be missing our first mets group meeting for the year on the 6th. Oh well someone else will have to do the morning tea

Great to hear from you. My psychologist is good for just listening too. I am sorry you dont have anyone in real life you can unload to.
