What is up with the bell???
Okay, so it took me four years to notice the damn thing, but now I can’t unsee the bell. And I wonder who on Earth thought that was a good idea??? Just putting it out there that I am irrationally anno...
Well blow me down if I didn’t just google it and discover that ringing the bell is a ‘joyous experience full of heart-warming fun’. I think I could be best friends with your ward manager @Zoffiel 🤣 Thanks for the poem @primek , I have not come across that before. I always thought it looked like a ship’s bell and I see (thanks again Google) that the guy who wrote the poem (Irve LeMoyne) was a retired navy seal. Apparently sailors ring a bell to mark when a job is done. Google also says that Irve went to the great big ship in the sky mere weeks after ringing said bell. So the bell is clearly the kiss of death. Are they trying to get rid of us?? 😱😱😱 Maybe it is a global conspiracy to save public health funds?
