you are having a time of it!!! Thank goodness there are no breaks just bruising. Also, the hospital or doctors are pretty good at sending text reminders for appts. When they do, I add them straight to the calendar on my phone and put a reminder on that as well. If it helps, I always make my appts for Tuesdays - I never work on Tuesdays so its easier for me to book everything on a Tuesday.
