I particularly liked the how to measure pain part 1to 10 never really been sure how to answer that one it has always confused me. that needs to shown to me each time I'm asked and then tell me to pick which one best describes.
and there the different types of pain pity I've got the constant as well as the depends what I've been doing or not doing.
