Thanks for sharing your story. What a journey you have been on. Its amazing how a cancer diagnosis does give you that wake up call so you can focus on whats really important. I hope that you continue to thrive and stay healthy and happy.
I too have changed diet and try and exercise every day. I also gave up alcohol which was challenging at first.
