Hi there, it can all be too much sometimes and you can't fight it. I'm so, so sorry you are having such a hard time. You've done really well and if you think back to where you were 14 months you have been amazing at putting one foot in front of the other and kept going. I'm not surprised you are tired, it's a lot.... Try and let the feelings wash over you but know you won't feel like this forever. It's a horrible diagnosis but there are small wins every day, something as simple as just getting through the day.
Please take care of yourself, try to find something that makes you smile, usually the simple things and know you have people who really see you what you are going through, understand completely, are going through the same heartaches and care.
