I know exactly how you feel. I also have warm chocolate before bed and I don’t even like milk. I’ve even resorted to sleeping tablets but getting a script from my GP is like pulling teeth. You’d think I was asking for Cocaine the way she carried on. That’s why I was surprised when my Oncologist so willing gave me the Endone script. Without discussing the side effects.
