It’s my own version of drug surfing!! Valerian works as well as anything, and sometimes I sleep pretty well with nothing but cold milk! When I get too many bad nights, I use Temaze but my last prescription (25 tablets) lasted 16 months so I am being careful! Luckily I don’t mind being awake in the wee small hours, sudoku has surprisingly narcotic qualities!
