The personal odds of a bad reaction are small - but to me there’s a community aspect as well. To quote the PM, I don’t hold a hose in this pandemic, I’m not a medical specialist, risk manager or economist. But when about 80% of us have some protection, this virus will be brought to heel. So I’m prepared to take a small risk to that end, it’s not a big help but small steps add up.
