Touchwood I don't have mets. Just saying pain doesn't necessarily mean mets.
My dad has mets pretty much everywhere bone wise including his skull but what gives him the most pain is in ribs and back. Probably as sitting or walking adds stress to those areas. Every so often pain gets a bit much and he has a few sessions of radiation to settle it down.
