I was stage 1 grade 1 DMX DTI, no chemo or radiation. Tamoxifen for 5 years. My husband told me he thinks I may need to see a counselor as he could see I wasn't coping as well as I thought I was. I felt I got off easy compared to other women and that I didn't deserve to seek help as someone worse off than me will need it. I listened to him and saw a counselor through one of the charity's near me and it is really helping me.
Look after yourself and you went through something traumatic its not easy to do what you did xx

Feel a bit the same. I won the lottery on type of cancer, stage, grade! But I’m tired, exhausted, possibly depressed. Feel like I’m having to protect everyone around me, including my long term therapist. But mostly I feel like I have no right to feel like I do. So many so much worse off.

It is so hard especially with our diagnosis, as my therapist told me "you did have cancer and you have every right to feel the way you do". I'm on lexapro for anxiety from this it does help
