What doesn't kill you makes you stranger. And strangely more able to cope.

Apart from expletives what can one say!  It is certainly a bitch of a time!  Is your job loss a possible return to the same job once this is back on a more even keel.............yeah that does not help in the short term but nice to know you do have somewhere to return to eventually!
As noted earlier, self isolation is practiced by us when in treatment without us even realizing we are gaining a skill for today!
