It is comforting knowing that we are all here to support each other and can benefit from each other’s experiences.
I will definitely check out the online resources and the helpline for a chat. It is funny though - sometimes it can be a chat with a stranger that makes it feel better. When I first spoke to my health insurance provider I broke down on the phone to the woman on the other end and she was absolutely fantastic.
