Shoulder Discomfort
Hello to all, since having mastectomy my other shoulder, holding my one boob is hurting. Any suggestions welcomed.

My BC Nurse called, who suggested I wear a bra, which is impossible at the moment due to wound site. Nurse hasn't arrived. I've taken panadol. Any stretching exercises?
