Forgot to say my oncologist suggested fezolinetant for my hot flushes, apparently you can take it if you're on hormone therapy as it won't interfere with the endocrine pathway. Your gp can prescribe it. I haven't tried it yet but I might soon as I get lots of hot flushes!
