@Brenda5 Sounds like a good dose of fresh air & exercise has done wonders for your mind & body. I am feeling quite sluggish as I havent been able to exercise for a while due to injuries but the sun is shining today so i reckon this arvo, I'm going to pop on my sandshoes & go for a walk. It will be my first bit of exercise for a couple of months & I know if I get back free of pain, then I will feel FABULOUS! Exercise is the one thing that makes smile, happy & puts me in a good frame of mind & you sleep better too which is what happened to you. Good on ya for toughening it out & staying the extra few hours. And you know how much better you feel today from it! hopefully you can get more time to yourself, even squeezing in half an hour, so you can get some fresh air & clear your mind. xx
