@kmakm That is awesome! So glad you have found a routine & exercises that you enjoy...that is the key, the have to enjoy it or you wont continue with it. If you do those 3 classes a week & meditation, i know you will feel better in your body & mind. So proud of you & i reckon you could also spoil yourself with a few sessions in that massage chair!!
I dont except any women to do the crazy amount of exercises i do. i get up at 5.30 & as I dont have kids, i only have to worry about myself & hubbie so i have a lot more time than most to spend on exercise!
