This just sucks.... and as has been mentioned, these "professionals" stick together like shit to a blanket. I also feel that as I'm one of those "best before", grey headed women, they don't really give a toss about the finished product of their slip shod work. Do you have anyone at your local community newspaper who would do an article for you, with before and after photos. To cover their legal arses, the quack's name would probably have to be omitted, but those locals in the know, would probably know full well who the jerk is. I'm so very sorry that you've had to go through this "grounhog day" type event, yet again.
