As you know, this is outrageous! Report him, plaster him over the local paper, whatever. It’s unprofessional, and unforgivable. The days of the ‘shut up, do as I say, I’m a doctor’ approach are over. Most professionals know that but there are still a few of the dinosaurs out there. When I ran into one a year ago, I made a quick decision that he wasn’t touching me. At very least this idiot should be paying to repair the damage (to be done by someone else with more consideration!). Strength.
