Welcome or welcome back, whichever. You'll find there are so many people on here who'll pretty much "ditto" a lot of what you just said. Glad you are in a better space now. Swings, roundabouts and rollercoasters on this little trip huh? It's for sure that treatment is easier as it has and end date. The rest well, it's a work in progress.
