- Ditto - well worth a read. As a surgeon, she thought she 'knew' what her patients were going thru. She was severely shocked when she went thru it herself, including a recurrence, and how badly the whole treatment, from diagnosis to her deciding she can't do surgery any more - is very enlightening.
