If you are having uncomfortable hot flushes - speak to your Onc/GP about trying Ditropan (Oxybutynin hydrochloride) .... even just taking a half a tablet, twice a day, may rid you of the dreaded hot flushes - and may also help with you sleeping, as it helps reduce the need to pee as well - so hopefully, no midnight flits to the loo!!
