Thanks for that Arpie, I'll have a look. I'm a little bit wary of antihistamines, as some of them will put me to sleep for 16 hours or more (that has its advantages at times :o !!) but is probably not what I want right now. If it's one of the non-drowsy ones, it might be worth asking about. Thanks!
