So, sorry about this, but I have to have a verbal vomit. And I did have a laugh to myself when I heard the message on the BCNA answering machine..... but now it's tears. Does this ever end? I'...
@FionaM ... a buddy has just told me that an antihistamine (daily) can reduce/stop hot flushes!! Her chemist suggested C-zine .... and it is working for her! Could be worth a 'try' - but put it past your team first!
