An update. My surgeon got me into the pysch at lifehouse, the living room. They are so good there. Two sessions and a small holiday and I reset and am coping better.
Sometimes we just need to let go and let the hormones do what they like. With a high pressure job this was hard but once i accepted it everything was easier. If it's a bad day it's a bad day.
