Bugger, bugger, bugger
Just 2 months ago I was feeling really fit and healthy and celebrating 6 years clear. Now not sure what is ahead. This week I have had a hip ultrasound and CT scan of lumbar spine to investigate in...

Good news confirmed! The bone scan was all clear, just a little arthritis and degenerative change in spine. The spot on the pelvis has been compared to my 2013 scan and is a stable benign lesion. Yay!
The physio had the report when I saw her this morning. Also good news that most of my pain is from three damaged tendons which should improve quickly with specific tendon strengthening exercises. So hopefully I will be sleeping without pain in a couple of weeks.
Thank-you everyone for your support. It really helped, especially that first 24 hours until I actually got to see the CT report and was then pretty sure the ‘something’ was not a worry. The roller coaster has returned to more even running for now! :)Take care. xxx
