Sorry I can't really help on your cholesterol question ... I wasn't on Letrozole for long enough for anything to develop like that.
Have you joined the Triple Pos group & put your query there? They may be on the same treatment & help you, as they have a lived experience of it?
Can you see another Onc for a 2nd opinion? You are quite within your rights to do this. I ended up swapping Oncs due to my low opinion of my first one!
I am guessing you would not be able to take statins to control it?

I ended up not needing statins as I pressed for more extensive heart scan, a ctca. It measures if any calcium deposits on arteries. Mine was all clear so the high cholesterol not affecting heart. Have since gone back on letrozole but am having a whole host of other side effects re-emerge plus new ones pop up plus thyroid out of whack. Initially I had put these symptoms firm to the immunotherapy that I stopped but now am wondering if it was the letrozole not agreeing with me the whole time as I didn’t improve much after ceasing immunotherapy.
