The side effects of Letrozole can be awful, no disputing it. But not everyone gets them and not necessarily to an unmanageable degree. Which makes it even more unfair, but there it is. Talk about alternatives of course, but if Letrozole is still the oncologist’s recommendation, you can try it and see how it works for you. Getting some prior information (like a bone density scan) will help you know what the personal pros and cons are. Best wishes.
