That's the thing isn't it. Everyone keeps telling us to rest, eat healthy, put yourself first, enjoy life when you feel well and so forth but life does go on as usual for everyone else. You poor thing. Thank god for your mum. Maybe part of this healing process is about focusing on others. I hope you really enjoy some time for yourself next week. I'm just starting my journey & hope I'm as brave as you & hope your babies get well soon too. Nicole x
