You just reminded me Deanne, funny how things slip from the brain, I had to pay $120 to my GP every time my paperwork had to be completed.
That can't be claimed either its just money out the door. However they were very good at getting it done no issues and because I couldn't always drive they posted the paperwrok off for me.
So funny my husband and I had piles of paperwork all on the dining room table that had to be collated, doctors certificates, test results, my Position description from work etc, I also had multip-le insurance to work with as I had income protection and loan insurance so 2 different companies.
