Thankyou ladies for the clarification- luckily thus is manageable on Letrozole . My medical oncologist who is the head of oncology at our major teaching hospital whom I see as a private patient did not prescribe Femara just Letrozole .Might chat to him about it next appointment if I get into difficulties as an alternative to switching to another AI. Amazing what one learns on this site.
