@StarGirl - I am SO glad you found it!! hehe, it has even turned up on a Facebook Page that related to AIs too!!
Luckily - MOST OF US don't get ANYWHERE NEAR any or all of these .....
With a bit of luck, members will only get a couple of these side effects & hopefully not too badly ... and some lucky buggers won't get ANY side effects! Grrr I am SO jealous of THEM!
My main pain areas are hands, feet, hips & knees .... but coming from an arthritis background, the AIs have just made them worse (specially the hands and feet.) :(
IF you find the side effects are impacting your lifestyle too much - make sure you see your Onc about either having a break or changing to a different AI. I started on Letrozole (6 weeks), then changed to Exemestane (6 months) & have now been on Arimidex/anastrozole for nearly 4 years now ... so likely to continue it for as long as suggested .... 10 years!
