Hi @jewhite, I've been on Tamoxifen now for a little over 12 months and was having some mega dizzy spells when I was laying down going to bed. Found myself hugging the hallway wall a couple of times too. I noticed that its much worse when I have a cold so think my middle ear might be being affected. Am currently being monitored by my gp for cholesterol and blood pressure levels and my hot flushes have also increased. I'm not too worried about the flushes and the dizziness seems to be lessening.
