I have heard of this happening. A friend of mine was on tamoxifen for treatment and was permenopausal pre treatment and once they stopped tamoxifen they got a period. In my friends case they put her back on tamoxifen. She was 40 when diagnosed and 5 yrs on tamoxifen and then put back on tamoxifen for a further 2 years. We are all different as you know but perhaps chat to your oncologist about what had happened and get their advice.
