Ovaries & Letrozole
I’ve been on letrozole now for about 3 weeks and thought why didn’t they offer to take my ovaries out? Would it be because I’m post menopausal? Hmmm

No need as not a source of estrogen production now ..major source is .body fat ...so lean body weight is ideal
