She says it's about 30 % the first year and climbs to around 50% by year 3 to 4. @Arpie my original surgeon was a man and was awesome. A real down to earth aussie bloke. Unfortunately he decided not to play in the public sector anymore after 20 something years and just see his private patients. His replacement is a fantastic lady so all is well.
