Neally finished chemotherapy is it normal to be scared of treatment ending
HHi all only had 4 rounds of chemotherapy for breast cancer last one coming up 12 may treatment is 4 every 21days is it normal to feel scared treatment ending but over the moon at same time I feel its...
hell yes its normal to feel that way! you feel protected to some degree with the chemo I had 8 rounds 2 weeks apart for triple neg bc and now as mines not hormone receptive I don't take any post chemo meds such as tamoxifen etc so I have nothing to feel protected as such from recurrence hence why I took both boobs off, luckily no lymph nodes involved and all my scans were clear so that reduces the recurrence risk again but you need to try and keep yourself busy that helps heaps along with the gals on this forum.
