I discovered that I was sensitive to panadol even without fever and would have hot flushes after having it. I only realised it was panadol not the letrozole only after starting fish oil and losing a little weight as my joint pain improved so took panadol rarely then. So for me...it was the panadol taken to combat joint aches...not the actual letrozole that caused it.
