I was already have hot flushes from chemopause but a month after starting Letrozole they got a lot worse and have stayed that way ever since. Bone and joint pain has got progressively worse since I started. Though the hands have eased off a bit. I have started taking Gabapentin which is helping with the hot flushes at night but making me very drowsy in the mornings.
