Letrozole is known to have this side effect. Low white cells mean you maybe vulnerable to infection, so Make sure you have a thermometer at home, and if you feel unwell or feverish take your temperature, and report to your GP if it is elevated. It hasn’t caused this problem for me, so far, but it certainly raised my cholesterol and I had to go on a statin to return it to normal. It also causes bone thinning. Hope is goes ok. Xx Tinks.
