About the Prosigna tests - I think you can only have them at the beginning of your BC process using the original breast tissue samples from initial surgery. I haven’t heard of any genomic testing available after eg the first five years. Prosigna tests for 50 genes which indicate the biology of the specific cancer of each person. The limitless potential combinations of these (and others)is why “everyone is different”! In the future I think these tests will be as routine as blood tests but in the meantime they cost a fortune and still can’t offer any guarantees.
