Letrozole for 10 years? Some research results (also relevant for Survivorship)

Thanks for these links on this topic. I haven’t realised there were genomic tests for determining whether to continue endocrine therapy through year 10. I had just assumed that that was the standard. Now I’ll be sure to ask about genomic tests at 5 year mark.
