Diagnosed 2 years ago and have been on letrozole for 18 months or so. For the last few months or even more I have been getting niggling twinges (bit like a light stitch) in my groin on both sides - p...
I certainly haven't had that side effect. I get occasional dull aching in lower abdo area which is most likeky referred pain from my poor old back.
