I really struggled with Letrozole - then changed to Exemestane for 6 months before settling on Anastrozole/Arimidex nearly 3 years now. It appears to be the lesser of the 3 evils - tho I have found that with most of my side effects - they don't happen all at once - they seem to swap around & some even 'go away' on their own!! My hands/thumbs & feet were often the most sore at any given time .... but I've been lucky that it has lessened in the last 12 months. Maybe I am getting used to it, too?
Like @Sister - I've also been using the magic oil (since going onto Arimidex) - and I swear that has helped me. I don't take it as regularly as I used to now, tho I find it does help me sleep if I take it before going to bed.
