Is it true hormone blockers can cause ovarian cancer?

Not that I've heard and I have a family history.
HRT is not recommended for those at high risk.
The contraceptive pill taken at least 2 years results in reduction of ovarian cancer risks.

Please do not be alarmed
so much info is reported  and more understanding is required

What is known is that a  type of  breast cancer and Ovarian cancer have genes in common
