Is it normal to bleed while taking Hormone therapy

hi I 54yrs and been on Goserelin (Zoladex) for 12 months  and now taking  Femara for four months. I  i was wondering if it’s natural to still bleed or spotting during taking these hormone therapy. Ju...

@kmakm I rang the oncology clinic and was advised to see my GP, so I have. She has sent me for Ultrasound on ovarires and lots of more blood test. waiting on results till next week.
