Well, since my last blog I have been taken off Arimidex (chronic bone pain etc) and have been on Tamoxifen for apx 3 weeks. Still a bit stiff but no where near as bad, down side is the hot flushes...
Maybe Endep 10mg? They helped me and I had zero side effects.Good luck for the 4k walk.My daughter is doing the 8k run and I'll be lying in bed -someone has to get breakfast in bed on Mother's day right?!
