How to Change tablet time?

I think you should be pretty right just swapping right across. When we take meds regularly our background body drug level is in a steady state and the everyday dose is just a top up. Small variations of Tamoxifen in one day when changing the time you take it , should not be a bother for keeping an active background level of drug in the body, but you may see a reduction in side effects experienced at night by taking it earlier in the day.
