I keep lemonade icey poles in the freezer for summer.I carry a bottle of cold water everywhere I go and a hand fan in my handbag.I also keep hand fans all over the house.I layer my clothes.I also take a very low dose antidepressant called Endep(10mgs)and that helps,particularly at night.It doesn't seem to give me any side effects.Hot flushes are the pits and Tamoxifen cranks them up. Talk to your doctor and don't just suffer them.Good luck.
